Touch Support staff will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our server hosting our primary website, billing system, and helpdesk beginning Thursday, June 26th at 19:00 EDT.

Maintenance Notification

The following services will be affected and may be intermittently or completely unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • Primary Website at http://touchsupport.com/
  • Primary Helpdesk at https://support.touchsupport.com/
  • Secondary Billing Portal at https://billing.touchsupport.com/
  • Livechat service via our Primary Website at http://touchsupport.com/


Purpose: To perform routine software updates to existing systems for improved functionality, performance and security.
Duration: Up to 30 minutes but likely much shorter
Start of maintenance window: Thursday, June 26th at 19:00 EDT
End of maintenance window: Thursday, June 26th at 19:30 EDT

Touch Support engineers will work diligently to assure that data integrity is maintained and downtime is kept to a minimum.
