Touch Support staff will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our server hosting our primary website, billing system, and helpdesk beginning Thursday, June 26th at 19:00 EDT.
Maintenance Notification
The following services will be affected and may be intermittently or completely unavailable during the maintenance window:
- Primary Website at http://touchsupport.com/
- Primary Helpdesk at https://support.touchsupport.com/
- Secondary Billing Portal at https://billing.touchsupport.com/
- Livechat service via our Primary Website at http://touchsupport.com/
Purpose: To perform routine software updates to existing systems for improved functionality, performance and security.
Duration: Up to 30 minutes but likely much shorter
Start of maintenance window: Thursday, June 26th at 19:00 EDT
End of maintenance window: Thursday, June 26th at 19:30 EDT

Impact: Critical load will be transferred to reserve EG sources. Status will remain N+2.
Event: Please be advised that our Data Center has scheduled maintenance for EG-14A serving CR-28A for Monday June 23rd, 2014 7:00AM CDT through Friday June 27th, 2014 4:30PM CDT. During this maintenance, critical load will be transferred to reserve EG sources. Status will remain at N+2. Following the maintenance activities, full functional testing of the EG will be performed prior to restoring the engine to service.

The following advisory is being sent to you to inform you of upcoming maintenance work that may impact your service.
Event Date: June 2nd, 7:30 AM CDT until June 4th, 4:00 PM CDT
Event Location: Elk Grove Village, DF-CH1 Facility
Impact: None expected but maintenance will require customer cage access. All customer cage access will be monitored by a data center technician.
Event: Please be advised that our data center has scheduled HEPA vacuuming, access floor cleaning, and cab exterior cleaning for CR-3, CR-10, CR-14, and CR-28 starting on Monday, June 2nd, 2014. The cleaning will be conducted between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM site local time.
